Linear type filling line for Bottles LFC

Automatic filling line for PET, HDPE and glass bottles is designed for rinsing, filling of liquid and viscous products (milk, kefir, drinking yogurt, juices, sauces, chocolate paste, honey, etc.) followed by capping the bottles with different types of caps: screw, twist-off or sleeve labelling. The bottles are then printed and labelled using self-adhesive / sleeve / polypropylene film from a roll.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The operator manually feeds the empty bottles on the infeed conveyor or with the help of a rotary turntable. After this, the bottles are automatically transferred to the rinsing nozzles where they are first rinsed to remove dust particles. After that they pass through a conveyor fitted with UV lamps and get sterilized. The bottles then are transferred to the filling nozzles where the filling nozzles lower into the bottle and filling takes place gradually as the nozzles are lifted. The drive for the nozzles “up-down” action can be pneumatic or servo. After filling the bottles are subsequently conveyed to the capping and labelling units. The filled and labelled bottles are finally transferred to a rotary collection table (option) for stacking towards transportation to the end customer.
