Сups filling machines CFM is a series of compact & reliable automatic rotary packaging machines suitable for filling and sealing viscous, liquid and dry products in cups with aluminium foil. The filled cups are discharged on a conveyor for date coding and end-of-line packaging.
These packaging machines can be equipped with various optional items and changeover parts for quick change to different cup formats.
Product to be packed: Yoghurt, Processed cheese cream, Lala, Ayran, Sour Cream, Sauce, Ready soup mix, Cereals, Cold coffee, etc.

BASIC SCOPE OF SUPPLY:
- Entire frame & guards of the machine is made of stainless steel SS304 with protective acrylic covers and door handles
- Universal Piston filler for viscous & liquid products
- Cup feeder to turret with vacuum cup
- Magazine for top aluminum lid loading & pre-sealing unit (precut lids)
- Lid sealing device
- “NO cup – NO filling - NO sealing - NO lidding” system
- Electric cabinet with control switches & Colour touch screen.
- All operating switches are away from moisture areas.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
- Station 1: Cup transfer from magazine to turret
- Station 2: Sensor for detecting cup presence & UV lamp (optional)
- Station 3: Filler - 1
- Station 4: Filler - 2 (optional)
- Station 5: Lid transfer from magazine to cup
- Station 6: Lid sealing
- Station 7: Plastic lid placement & closing (optional)
- Station 8: Filled cup discharge
